Terms of Service

Wavu is operated by Tomas Orban (Orban Consult), Company No./VAT BE 1032.258.657, Belgium. By using the service you accept these terms.

1. Service

Wavu is a real-time message wall for events: a shared screen displays messages and photos that guests submit via a QR code.

2. Eligibility

Use as an organiser is limited to persons aged 18 or over with the legal capacity to contract. Guests do not need an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to post hateful, harassing, illegal content or content infringing third-party rights. Wavu integrates an automated profanity filter, but final moderation is the organiser's responsibility. Wavu may suspend any account or event for breaches.

4. Pricing and payment

Access to premium features is via a monthly pass or one-off VIP message, processed by Stripe. Displayed prices include Belgian VAT at the applicable rate (21 % VAT included). No refunds after pass activation or VIP message publication, except where required by law.

Pursuant to article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the digital content has been delivered with your express consent.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content (messages, photos) you publish. By publishing, you grant Tomas Orban (Orban Consult) a worldwide, non-exclusive, free licence to display this content on your event wall for its duration.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Tomas Orban (Orban Consult) liability is limited to the amount paid for the service over the past 12 months, within the limits of Belgian law.

7. Data protection

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Brussels courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
